Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Keseimbangan dengan Kemampuan Tendangan Depan Atlet Perguruan Silat Tangan Mas Ampek Nagari Kabupaten Agam

Abstract

This study aims to improve volleyball underhand passing skills using a modified hanging ball tool for class X Phase E students of SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were 36 class XI APHP students. Students' underhand passing skills after using the modified hanging ball tool increased significantly in the percentage of students who achieved learning completion, from 33.33% in the precycle to 44.44% in the first cycle, and finally reaching 80.56% at the end of the second cycle. This shows that with the right instructional strategy, students can improve their volleyball underhand passing skills effectively.
