Abstract


Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet karate kumite forki kota Padang Sidempuan yang berjumlah 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang mana semua populasi dijadikan sampel, untuk mendapatkan data penelitian digunakan tes v sit anda reach, tes push up dan kecepatan gyaku tsuki. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan product moment sederhana dan ganda.Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa dari hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Kelentukan Pinggang mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan kemampuan kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet karate forki tako kota Padang Sidempuan , ditandai dengan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu rhitung 0,876 > rtabel 0,444 .2. Daya ledak otot lengan mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan kecepatan Gyaku Tsuki atlet karate kumite Tako Kota Padang Sidempuan, ditandai dengan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu rhitung 0,722 > trabel 0,444 . 3. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kelentukan pinggang dan daya ledak otot lengan dengan kecepatan gyaku tsuki atlet karate kumite kota padang sidempuan, Ini ditandai dengan hasil yang diperoleh rhitung 0,512 > rtabel 0,444.
