Implementasi Pendidikan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan kesehatan di SDN 12 Kecamatan V Koto Kampung Dalam, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan telah diupayakan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi oleh Puskesmas, pembiasaan perilakunya hidup bersih dan sehat, dan integrasi materi kesehatan dalam pembelajaran. Namun, implementasi tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana prasarana, alokasi waktu yang sempit, minimnya tenaga kesehatan profesional, rendahnya kesadaran siswa terhadap PHBS, serta kurangnya dukungan dan keterlibatan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fasilitas UKS, pelatihan intensif bagi guru dalam pendidikan kesehatan, serta kolaborasi multisektoral antara sekolah, Puskesmas, dan orang tua untuk memperkuat pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan di tingkat sekolah dasar.
